Author’s Boot Camp

Listed below is the schedule and details for the Author’s Boot Camp event.

• Friday: (Arrival Day) 7:00 pm – Author’s Reception
• Saturday: Day 1 – 7:30 am: Welcome to Author’s Boot Camp! Let’s Get Started!
• Saturday: Day 1 – 8:00 am: Authors, Can we Talk? Let’s Write a Book! Session Begins
• Saturday: Day 1 – 6:00 pm – Bonus Session – Master Mind led by Justin Sachs
• Sunday: Day 2 – 8:30 am: Cha Ching! Creating Ancillary Products that Generate $$$
• Sunday: Day 2 – 1:30 pm: Let’s Get Famous! Launching the Business of Your Book!
• Monday: Author’s Breakfast (No Host)
• Monday: Departure Day

During the 2 day Author’s Boot Camp we will be creating, brainstorming, learning and developing your book, ancillary products and the business of your book. During the evenings, you are, of course, welcome to go off on your own and explore beautiful Orange County. Disneyland, South Coast Plaza and the beach, are all nearby. If you would like to stay in, the hotel offers wonderful meals in the the Terra Nova restaurant and has fantastic room service.

Breakfast is included each day of your stay and lunch is included each day of the event. Dinner is on your own. Snacks are provided during the breaks. All other meals can be paid for separately or charged to your room.

Author’s Reception: Friday (Arrival Day) from 7pm – 8pm. Appetizers, No Host Bar, Meet Ann, Author Trainers and Mentors and your Author class mates! Yummy bites and a casual atmosphere to meet and talk to other authors. You will receive your event badge and Author’s Package that includes the Event Schedule and other goodies. I can’t wait to meet you!

Author’s Bonus Session – Master Mind with Justin Sachs! Saturday (Day 2) 6:00 pm-8:30. All authors are invited to a phenominal Master Mind brainstorming session about your book title and the business of your book. This is an extraordinary opportunity to get real feedback about your book’s title from a group of professionals and a mid-tier publisher. This is a special session just for you!
